This guide aims to be a useful and practical tool to carry out the procedure prior to the design and organisation of the subsequent Equality Plan, that is, to carry out a Diagnosis in matters of gender equality.
The Diagnosis is a process by which, through the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data disaggregated by sex regarding the situation, management and activity of the company, those aspects are detected which can have a differentiated impact on women and men, as well as those that could be producing inequality, discrimination and maintenance of gender roles, that is, not full equality of results in your company. Its conclusions, together with the corresponding proposals for improvement, are the principles to enable the design of your subsequent Equality Plan.
