Responsible declarations

The User agrees to take advantage of the concession, to attend to the professional responsible for the Specialized Counseling and his/her requirements and to complete the 10 hours of Specialized Counseling before the end of the year in effect, without the possibility of extending or requesting actions, revisions, elaborations, etc. charged to the BDCC's pool of hours outside the year assigned for Specialized Counseling, unless expressly authorized by GAIA for reasons deemed appropriate by GAIA.

That in the event of not respecting the commitment set forth in the previous point and not making use of the assigned bag of hours, not answering the emails of the professional responsible for the specialized consultancy, not providing the documentation and/or information required for the development of the assigned specialized consultancy, or that of the personnel assigned by the BDCC, the company assumes that it will be excluded from being chosen to enjoy any of the specialized consultancies in the year immediately following the year in which it was granted. However, GAIA reserves the right to revise the penalty described in this point in case of justified causes.
